  • Improve the overall user experience through thoughtful and on-brand design

  • Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate ideas into compelling visual content

  • Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and materials

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably within an E-commerce environment

  • Strong skills in tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar design software

  • A good eye for aesthetics, layout, and detail

  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment

  • Strong communication skills

  • A portfolio showcasing relevant design work

At Claire & Laura Toronto, we are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Support & Sales Associate to support our online customers and enhance their shopping experience.

This role focuses on online customer interaction, not in-store retail.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers via email with questions about products, sizing, orders, and returns

  • Provide personalized advice to help customers choose the right items

  • Handle customer inquiries professionally and efficiently

  • Support day-to-day E-commerce operations related to customer service

  • Help maintain a positive brand experience through excellent communication

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service or sales, preferably within fashion or E-commerce
