Return & Refund Policy

At Claire & Laura Toronto, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, we understand that there may be situations where you wish to return an item. This Return & Refund Policy explains our conditions and procedures clearly.


1. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • A return request can only be submitted after the item has been physically received by the customer.

  • Return shipping costs are fully the responsibility of the customer, including international shipping and any customs-related fees.

  • Items must be returned unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.

  • Trying on items is allowed; wearing or prolonged use is not permitted.

  • Orders placed with the intention of purchasing multiple sizes and returning part of the order are not accepted.

  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.


2. Return Process

Please follow the steps below to return an item:

  1. Submit your return request by emailing info@clairelauratoronto.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. After approval, you will receive the return address of our supplier, which is located outside of Canada.

  3. Send the item back at your own expense, including shipping and any applicable customs or handling fees.

  4. We strongly recommend using a shipping method with track & trace, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.


3. Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected at the return location and approved:

  • The purchase amount (excluding shipping costs) will be refunded within 14 days.

  • Refunds are processed using the original payment method used during checkout.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


4. Liability & Responsibility

  • We are not responsible for lost or missing parcels when tracking information confirms delivery to the address provided by the customer.

  • Providing an incorrect shipping address is the customer’s responsibility.

  • Any address corrections must be communicated within 24 hours of placing the order.

  • Delays caused by customs, postal services, or incorrect information provided by the customer are outside our responsibility.
