Return & Refund Policy
At Claire & Laura Toronto, customer satisfaction is very important to us. However, due to the nature of our international fulfillment process, certain conditions apply to returns and refunds. Please read this policy carefully before submitting a return request.
1. Return Eligibility
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
• A return request must be submitted within 14 days after the customer has received the item.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition with all tags and labels attached.
• Trying on items is allowed, but wearing or prolonged use is not permitted.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging whenever possible.
• Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Orders placed with the intention of purchasing multiple sizes or variations with the intention of returning part of the order are not accepted.
2. Sale Items
Items purchased during promotional campaigns, clearance sales, or special events such as Anniversary Sale, Last Call Event, or Clearance Sale are considered final sale.
These items cannot be returned or refunded, unless the product arrives damaged or incorrect.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Email info@clairelauratoronto.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
- After approval, you will receive the return address of our international supplier, which may be located outside of Canada.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs, including international shipping fees, customs charges, and handling costs.
We are not responsible for lost return shipments, therefore we strongly recommend using Track & Trace shipping.
4. Refunds
Once the returned item has been received and inspected:
• The purchase price of the product will be refunded.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
• Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed.
If the returned item does not meet our return conditions, the refund may be refused.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product.
We will review the case and provide an appropriate solution, which may include:
• A replacement item, or
• A full refund
6. Liability
Claire & Laura Toronto is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
Providing the correct shipping address is the customer’s responsibility. Address corrections must be requested within 24 hours after placing the order.
Once tracking confirms delivery, the parcel is considered successfully delivered.
